Responsibilities
  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure, assist with luggage, open car and hotel doors, help with taxis, and escort guests to express elevators.
  • Oversee street traffic outside the hotel, maintain cleanliness and order at the entrance, and ensure proper alignment of equipment and supplies.
  • Handle department keys, radios, and phones securely; remain in assigned post; and communicate effectively with the front office team.
  • Adhere to hotel policies, safety standards (FLHSS&E), and maintain professional posture and demeanor at all times.
  • Promote a positive team environment, engage in regular communication with other departments, and participate in staff meetings to support operational goals.
  • Engage guests warmly, collect preferences, resolve complaints or refer them appropriately, and create memorable experiences aligned with MOHG Legendary Quality Experiences
