Description Greets residents, assists with packages, valet park, empty garbage and monitors premises for unusual activity. Greets incoming guests and assists when necessary. Deliver messages and/or packages. Assist physically challenged residents and guests with special needs. Empty garbage at beginning or ending of a shift. Park resident cars in parking garage. Bring cars to front door at resident’s request. Monitor security cameras for activity. Provide the utmost professional customer service. Effectively communicate with supervisor and peers. Exhibit teamwork with fellow co-workers. Keeping lobby glass and area clean and orderly. Any other additional duties requested by the supervisor or area director. Work cooperatively with maintenance, housekeeping and management. Midnight doorman are to patrol parking structure and surrounding property. Midnight doorman are to remove trash from lobby, mailroom and all entrances. Work overtime when needed. May be asked to assist Maintenance and/or Manager with other jobs as deemed necessary by management. Call Maintenance for any emergencies.
