REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a DOP in nightlife, hospitality, or F&B marketing
• Strong technical knowledge of cameras, lighting, and production equipment
• Ability to create visually engaging and cinematic content
• Experience in directing high-energy shoots and fast-paced environments
• Expertise in post-production workflows & color grading is a plus
• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate

We’re looking for an experienced DOP to lead our production team, bringing creative visions to life for our top-tier nightlife, restaurant, and hospitality clients. From capturing the energy of exclusive venues to telling compelling brand stories, you’ll be at the heart of some of Dubai’s most exciting projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and execute high-quality video production for nightlife, hospitality, and F&B brands
• Work closely with the creative team to develop bold, trendsetting visuals
• Direct and manage camera crews, lighting setups, and post-production workflows
• Ensure cinematic storytelling, dynamic angles, and visually striking aesthetics
• Keep up with industry trends to elevate the creative quality of our productions
• Efficiently manage production schedules and deliverables for multiple clients
