Beleura Private Hospital is a 205 bed fully accredited private hospital located on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, Beleura Private Hospital offers a comprehensive range of specialties including medical & surgical care, high dependency unit, oncology & palliative care units, chemotherapy day ward, psychiatric unit, alcohol rehabilitation unit, cardiology, pathology and radiology.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
• According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.

• Managing incoming and outgoing calls, including phone calls from operating theatre, surgeons’ rooms, company representatives, and staff
• Greeting patients on arrival to DOSA for admission and greeting patient’s nominated collection person on discharge
• Work alongside visiting medical officers, colleagues, patients and visitors to ensure a smooth hospital experience for patients.
• Ordering of stationary items and distribution
• Managing staff requests for patient results such as pathology whilst maintaining strict patient confidentiality
• Assist nursing staff in making post operative appointments for patients
• Prepare patient history for medical records post patient discharge
• Work in collaboration with Theatre Bookings Clerk to amend theatre lists as required
• Data entry of diet codes into ChefMax
• Providing administrative support to the DOSA NUM
