With an unrivaled toolbox of technologies, PURIS has the RIGHT solution for each project.   Job Summary: PURIS Corp is seeking a highly motivated DOT Compliance Administrative Professional to join our team in Woodlands, Texas.    This position monitors and supports the DOT Compliance program management for our subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be instrumental in the daily operations, collaborating closely with fellow administrative team members, supervisors, and management. Responsibilities include ensuring compliant file management, maintaining accurate records, and optimizing the use of Hours of Service. The position requires strong attention to detail, advanced computer skills, and excellent communication abilities. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Essential Job Accountabilities: * Effectively evaluate, monitor, analyze and identify all driver compliance and non-compliance issues and resolve them in a timely manner. * Ensuring compliance with DOT, FMCSA, Driver Qualification documentation, Motor Vehicle Reports, Hours of Service and DVIR. * Request full query on new hires on the federal Clearinghouse website. * Maintain, update and implement driver qualification records per DOT regulations. * Notify drivers and supervisors of upcoming document expirations, obtain renewed documents, and upload. * Schedule background screenings  * Oversee ELD system and audit HOS, DVIR’s to maintain oversight of compliance status. * Maintain digital and physical filing systems * May assist in the implementation and monitoring of compliance controls, compliance procedures and operational processes. * Occasional lifting under 25 lbs.  * Additional duties as assigned.      Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred). * Must be highly organized and manage time effectively with minimal supervision * Proficiency in using Outlook (E-mail), attaching files, forwarding, corresponding timely in a professional and courteous manner * Proficiency in Microsoft office, Excel, Word, Outlook etc. * Experience with Samsara * Duties associated with this position are subject to change, candidates need to be adaptable and willing to accomplish additional tasks should they arise * 2+ years of DOT related experience in the utilities or related industry. * Record Management experience preferred * Willing to travel as needed.    Benefits:   * Comprehensive and competitive benefits package that includes medical/Rx, dental, vision, critical illness and accident insurance, and short-term disability. * Several 100% company-paid benefits including: * Life Insurance  * Long-term disability * Employee assistance program * Bonus program * 401(k) savings plan with company match * Generous PTO * 10 paid holidays * Tuition reimbursement * Career advancement opportunities     Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled.
