QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Related Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of DOT compliance or fleet management experience required

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS EXPERIENCE:

• Prior dispatching experience and knowledge of routing tools highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of FMCSA, ELD, HOS, and vehicle inspection regulations.
• Supervisory experience in a transportation or logistics environment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and fleet management software.
• CDL license (Class A or B)
• DOT Medical Card

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

• Full-time, on-site position with regular presence across all three shifts as needed.
• Must be available for occasional after-hours support, especially during emergencies or shift transitions.
