Job Title Dot Net Developer Job Description As a developer you are a member of the Integration team. Integration is responsible for translating customer requirements into system requirements as well as merging all system elements and testing the end product against customer expectations. To be able to do these tasks properly and efficiently, the integration department has a set of very specific tools. These tools are constantly being developed and where necessary also project-specifically adapted. As a developer you will be part of the ASCENT team that combines knowledge and expertise regarding tooling and its development. What are your main tasks and responsibilities? You participate in the development of our commissioning tooling, databases and APIs. You are able to process a new feature request and work closely with the stakeholders Collaborate together with integration engineers/ solution architect to reach the shared goal. You are continuously seeking ways to improve our DevOps practices so that we can improve our products. What do we expect from you? You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science or at least 3 years of relevant experience. Experience with C#, .Net Core, WPF, Windows Power Shell Scripting, Git Java is a pre Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, ect) Experience with SQL databases. Experience with automated testing and test driven development Experience with ActiveMQ message bus is a pre. Experience with Kafka clusters, -streams, -connectors and Kafka as a messaging and storage solution is a pre. Knowledge and experience in assisting in construction of CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps Knowledge-Skills-Abilities (Competencies): Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Good interpersonal skills (work well within a team). Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
