JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service is an asset.
• Previous reservation systems experience preferred but not required.
• Must be available to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid Canadian driver’s licence.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Excellent time-management and communication skills.
• Adaptable to the demands of the day while maintaining company standards.
• Must have a flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  Wage: $23.36 per hour.
  Reports to: Front Desk Manager or designate.
