JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University degree or equivalent practical experience in IT or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in IT support or infrastructure management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Products (Azure), Cloud storage (Sharepoint), network systems, hardware components and hotel systems.
• Entry level Network Technician and Microsoft Certification.
• Basic knowledge of Mac OS and Linux.
• Familiarity with industry IT systems and standards is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Hold a valid drivers’ licence.
  Wage: $65,000 to $68,000 per annum
