PAPA JOHN’S IRELAND REQUIRES A DOUGH PRODUCTION OPERATIVE FOR THEIR PRODUCTION FACILITIES AT THEIR HEAD OFFICE DEPOT, C/O SUPERMAC’S HEAD OFFICE, BALLYBRIT BUSINESS PARK, GALWAY CITY.

You will work with a team in producing pizza dough to the highest quality and hygiene standards for supply to a large number of Papa John’s outlets Nationwide.
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday; bank holiday work is required from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Strong attention to hygiene and cleanliness
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks in chilled environments
• Previous experience in food production is an advantage
• Flexibility and a positive team attitude

Experience:

• Food production: 1 year (preferred

• Assist in producing our high-quality pizza dough
• Work with team members to shape dough balls and place them in trays
• Plan dough production for the week based on store orders
• Place the dough in the chill room and downstack at the correct temperature
• Pick and label orders per shop
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
• Maintain production and storage areas in a clean and orderly fashion
• Wear correct production attire at all times (safety shoes, hairnet, apron, etc.)
• Report any issues to the Dough Production Manager or Warehouse/Purchasing Manager
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
