About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Delivery Driver to join our logistics team based out of our Las Vegas commissary. In this role, you’ll be responsible for transporting food products to multiple retail locations across the region, ensuring that each delivery is completed safely, accurately, and on time. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining product quality during transit. You will be a key part of the daily operations and will represent the company to our retail partners. Key Responsibilities: Daily Delivery Operations Drive company-owned trucks to deliver food products to Pinkbox shops. Load and unload products safely and efficiently using proper handling techniques. Ensure all deliveries are completed according to the daily route schedule. Maintain accurate logs, delivery documentation, and proof of delivery forms. Product Handling & Food Safety Follow all food safety and temperature control protocols during loading, transport, and unloading. Handle products with care to maintain quality and prevent damage or spoilage. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of delivery vehicles. Vehicle Safety & Maintenance Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues immediately. Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and in good working condition. Comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company safety standards. Customer Service & Communication Provide courteous, professional service to Pinkbox team members during each delivery. Provide courteous, professional service to customers during each delivery, and always represent the Pinkbox customer service standards at all times. Communicate delays, delivery issues, or changes in route to the Fleet & Delivery Operations Manager promptly. Qualifications 3+ year of delivery driving experience preferred (box truck or van). Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must possess a DOT medical card Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a hand truck or dolly. Strong time management and reliability. Basic understanding of DOT and food safety requirements is a plus. Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
