About The Role Our Sanitation crew keeps our shops spotless – ensuring all front and back of house areas are clean. Responsibilities Sweep, vacuum, mop, wash and clean all debris from counters, display cases and floors. Clean prep areas, walls and storage racks. Pick up loose trash in all areas and dispose of it to central receptacle. Clean drains, dishwashing machines, ovens, walk-in coolers, fryers, and other equipment as required. Cleans restrooms with approved chemicals, empties trash. Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures Performs additional tasks as requested by Management and as needed to successfully run the shop. Qualifications Prior janitorial experience preferred but not required Must have Clark County Food Handler’s Card Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines Physical Requirements / Working Conditions Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift. Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds. Ability to multi-task and remain positive in busy working conditions. Janitors can expect to work an 8 hour shift on average, including weekends and holidays. Our shops are 24/7! Exposure to cleaning chemicals Comply with the brand and Company uniform and hygiene policies. Fun, fast-paced, upbeat environment

Responsibilities

The sanitation crew is responsible for keeping the shops clean by sweeping, mopping, and washing all areas. They also clean equipment and comply with safety and sanitation guidelines.
