Run and support equipment including Accumulator, Diagraph, Laser, Caser, Capper, Straw Applicator, Shrink Wrapper, Mead, and Elevator. Keep production lines properly stocked with raw materials and packaging components to ensure uninterrupted operations. Troubleshoot equipment issues, make necessary adjustments, and clearly communicate problems to supervisors, team leads, maintenance, and other team members. Perform Autonomous Maintenance (AM) on all DE equipment to support reliable and efficient operation. Ensure all quality standards are met, including proper installation of caps, shrink wrap, diagraph labels, cases, and package quality elements such as top codes. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and 5S standards Safely operate a forklift as required to support production and material handling needs. Requirements What You’ll Need Experience operating or working with industrial or packaging equipment, preferably in a manufacturing or food/beverage environment. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments to equipment. Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards. Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance, and team members. Willingness and ability to perform Autonomous Maintenance activities. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Forklift operation experience or willingness to obtain forklift certification. Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
