The purpose of the job is to support decision making of Downstream Management and its execution with professional assessment of business performance, risks as well as opportunities. What are the tasks? Define the annual Downstream performance assessment framework and agenda Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improving operational and financial performance Consolidate and enhance performance assessment reporting, ensuring consistency, clarity, and actionable insights across regular performance report Lead complex performance assessment initiatives — from idea generation through detailed analysis to supporting implementation of improvement proposals What are the requirements? University degree in finance/economics/chemical engineering 5-7+ years’ professional experience in a relevant field Highly proficient in excel Fluent English knowledge (written and verbal) Strong knowledge of financial as well as performance analysis and very strong analytical skills Problem solving skills, proactive mindset, “can do” attitude Structured thinking, attention to details, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Highly collaborative attitude, with a very good communication What makes you stand out?
