Downstream Finance Business Partner 📍 Location: MOL Campus, Budapest (on-site) 🎥Get to know MOL: MOL Group: Shape Tomorrow (youtube.com) Your Role: Serve as the key finance contact for a dedicated business area within the Downstream segment Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes Support business planning and forecasting activities Deliver meaningful financial analyses to senior management Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and countries What We’re Looking For: University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Controlling 3–5 years of relevant professional experience Fluency in business English and in Hungarian with strong communication skills Service- and process-oriented mindset with attention to detail Proactive, problem-solving approach Ability to work independently and in a team Strong MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint) A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights and actions.
