Description Now Hiring: Downstream Operator Shift/Schedule: Alternative Work Schedule 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM Pay: Base + Shift Differential = $19.50/hour (+ based on experience) Why join our team? Referral bonus program Tuition reimbursement HSA Medical plan option with annual company contribution Perks at Work – discounts on shopping, travel & more Proven continued business growth for future opportunities What You’ll Do Operate and monitor fillers, cappers, labelers, case packers, and palletizers Perform line changeovers, startups, and shutdowns Check product quality (fill, seal, code dates, packaging) Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and support maintenance when needed Keep accurate production and quality records Maintain a clean, safe, and food-safe work area Requirements What You'll Need High school diploma or GED Experience in food or beverage manufacturing preferred (aseptic a plus) Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment quickly Attention to detail and commitment to safety/food quality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work 12-hour shifts, including weekends

Operate and monitor various packaging equipment while ensuring product quality. Perform line changeovers and maintain a clean and safe work area.
