Through subordinate managers and supervisors, they supervise road crews engaged in asphalt paving, concrete road repairs, replacement of culverts and other road repair and maintenance operations. This position will confer with managers and supervisors regarding work detail, order materials and supplies; allocate personnel and equipment as necessary, check work in progress and upon completion for conformance to standards and specifications; investigate complaints, and other related duties.

Responsibilities

Supervises personnel and road crews engaged in highway, street, and road operations including paving and concrete repairs. Manages work details, orders materials, and ensures all completed work meets established standards and specifications.
