The Department of Disability and Psychoeducational Studies (DPS) in the College of Education (COE) welcomes applicants for the position of DPS Program Coordinator. We are seeking a highly motivated, self-directed, innovative, and experienced program coordinator to join our dynamic admin team.
This position involves multifaceted responsibilities, requiring organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent writing and verbal communication skills, problem-solving abilities, collaboration, the ability to work independently within a team, and efficient management of varied tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the academic department.
This position will be supporting over 30 faculty, LTAs, staff, GAs, and over 100 graduate students.
This position also provides administrative support for community related outreach programs and enrollment. Primarily operational support, logistics, they monitor enrollments and provide this information to faculty chairs and the department head so those individuals can make decisions about opening sections, combine sections, assigning additional TA’s etc.
