Job Description Position Summary: The IT Disaster Recovery Analyst supports Rockwell Automation's enterprise-wide disaster recovery (DR) initiatives. This role is responsible for executing DR exercises, assessing SaaS applications for DR compliance, maintaining DR data in Fusion Risk Management (FRM), and ensuring alignment with business continuity and IT service management standards, as well as Enterprise Resilience policies under the Cybersecurity organization. You will report to the IT Disaster Recovery Lead, and work in a hybrid capacity from our Hinjewadi - Pune, India office. Key Responsibilities: Disaster Recovery Exercises Coordinate and execute DR exercises including pre-exercise meetings, walkthroughs, and post-exercise reporting. Collaborate with DR owners to ensure deliverables are met and documented by target deadlines. SaaS Application Assessments Conduct DR assessments for SaaS platforms based on vendor SOC2 or equivalent documentation. Ensure assessments are completed and approved by DR owners within scheduled timelines. Fusion Risk Management (FRM) Support Assist in importing and manually entering DR data into FRM. Maintain and support FRM entries and updates throughout the fiscal year. Participate in Fusion RM training and apply learnings to DR process management. ServiceNow Ticket Management Monitor and resolve DR-related ServiceNow tickets. Create and maintain documentation for knowledge transfer and process ownership. Compliance and Audit Support Source and validate SOC1/SOC2 reports and bridge letters for critical applications (e.g., Workday, Oracle EPM) via OneTrust. Support internal audits by providing evidence and documentation for DR compliance. Recommended Skills Major in or a bachelor's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. Moderate to advance proficiency of Microsoft Office 365 products including knowledge of SharePoint, Teams, and Copilot usage. Basic understanding of IT audit process, differentiation between policies, standards, and procedures. Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams as well as independently on assigned tasks. Some experience with workflow testing and implementation planning preferred.
