THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Ambassador with an extensive sales background to join our Boutique and Spa team in London. You will be responsible for selling and delivering the highest level of service to our clients. You will support the daily needs and requirements of the business from day-to-day for the main sales floor to assisting the spa area of the boutique. Responsibilities
  • Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales goals
  • Provide a high standard in customer service
  • Advice and recommend fit skincare regiments for client’s needs
  • Confidently offer and conduct consultations for all walk- in customers (including high profile customers)
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business
  • Work with management team on special in- store events that align with the brand to maximise awareness
  • Help with inventory tasks
  • Manage front of house duties such as checking clients in/ out while ensuring a positive and warm experience
  • Maintain Boutique and Spa housekeeping and hygiene standards for all areas such as Sales Floor and Treatment Rooms
  • Be a true ambassador of the brand!
