Established in 1901, Dr. Martens was recognised originally as a sturdy, durable work boot before being transformed in the 1960’s, into an iconic fashion statement, synonymous with festival culture. The past six decades that have witnessed the brand’s adoption by a diverse range of tribes, celebrities, musicians and free-thinking individuals - each subverting and twisting the boots and shoes to their own personal needs, attitudes and identity. Accent Group Limited acquired the distribution rights for Dr. Martens in 1988 and opened the first Australian retail store in Sydney in 2018. Now with stores across Australia & New Zealand, Dr. Martens are continuing to grow and dominate the Australian market.
We are looking for passionate and driven retailers to join our Dr Martens team for this Christmas season! You will support the Management team in driving sales, operational excellence and play an integral part in the store’s success.

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide excellent customer service in store with premium product
• Working part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
• Processing large volumes of stock
• Picking and packing click and dispatch orders
• Assisting in maintaining the in-store operations including housekeeping VM & cleaning required
• Maintaining a positive CAN DO attitude at all times to sell to our customers

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BRING:

• Full availability from October to Mid-January 2026 – specifically weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Years Eve & New Years Day
• Previous retail experience preferred but not essential.
• A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
• The ability to work well within a fast paced and energetic team environment
• Self-motivated and willingness in meeting/exceeding sales targets & KPIs
