Description JOB SUMMARY: Maintains & cleans draught accounts on assigned route. Assist in cleaning draught equipment, cold plate units, CO2 Party Carts, keg tubs, troughs, and beverage bars. Maintains and cleans all draught equipment in accordance with Sales and Administrative personnel direction. Accurately tracks and documents account cleaning, tap handle surveys, & draught trouble calls. Drives assigned vehicle to cover service area and respond to all draught calls when scheduled, in a safe, timely manner. During the slower season, work with Merchandising/Stocking crew in the market throwing loads and building displays as needed. Requirements 1. Preparing and working special events. (i.e.: Thursday Fest, Spartan Race, Dragon Boats etc.) 2. Provide training to on premise accounts on properly pouring draught beer, beer clean glassware, proper methods of cleaning glassware and basic draught system troubleshooting. 3. Perform Draught line cleaning and ensure that proper procedure is followed and performed. 4. During slower times of the year this position will stock stores, rotate products, build displays, merchandise, place POS and help where needed. 5. Helping other Draught team members with long draws. 6. Responding to and preforming draught service calls, repairing when necessary. 7. Build, gather and distribute tap handles to delivery drivers for next day delivery. 8. Must have a current Montana Driver’s License with a clean driving record. 9. Must be capable of occasionally lifting and positioning kegs and utilizing common hand tools. 10. Must be capable of communicating effectively, both orally and in written form. 11. Must be able to work well with the Sales team and customers and satisfactorily perform all duties and requirements while adhering to major supplier/distributor draught beer standards. 12. Basic computer skills are a must plus the ability to operate handheld/personal electronic devices. NECESSARY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 1. Must be self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision. 2. Must be able to work well in a team environment and have good customer service and communication skills. 3. Demonstrated flexibility regarding working any shift when necessary and applicable. Schedule: Tuesday through Friday 10-hour shifts Weekends occasionally
