Description Position Summary: Draft Service Reps are the experts in draft beer systems and keep the beer flowing for Silver Eagle Distributors customers in the Houston area. This role provides cleaning and services for draft beer dispensing equipment all while building community connection in a wide variety of restaurants, bars & local breweries. What You’ll Do: Service draught lines and complete documentation per Company policy Provide technical help with routine tap-ins, repairs, and troubleshooting service issues Maintains a Company supplied tool box with all supplies necessary to complete jobs Maintain knowledge of Silver Eagle’s complete and growing portfolio of Brands and Packages Build customer relationships at the store level Install proper Point of Sale (P.O.S.) per Company and account policy, to meet account needs and maximize product sales Continually strive to achieve the number one sales position in each account with proper P.O.S. to ensure Silver Eagle dominance Follows and strictly enforce product Code Date Policy; informs management of potential code date problems Practice “Safety Always” by adhering to safe working practices, Company policies, rules, and regulations. Correct obvious hazards immediately or report to supervisor if not immediately correctable Safely able to drive assigned company vehicle Work hours may vary daily due to business needs What You Need to Succeed: Must be a minimum of 18 years old High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent required One (1) year of general work experience preferred 2 years of technical experience. Prior experience with draught lines or kegs, a strong plus Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements Daily, in person travel within the service territories of Silver Eagle required A valid Texas Driver’s License and clean driving record Able to handle alcohol, and work within T.A.B.C Guidelines Must have a smart phone with a camera and data capability The Physical Requirements: This position requires lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling kegs weighing 160 lbs.
