About the Role Falcon Structures is seeking a detail-oriented Drafter to join our growing Design and Engineering team. In this role, you’ll create precise customer approval drawings, bills of material, and production-ready drawings. Your work will transform concept plans, details, and specifications into accurate documents that guide both our customers and production teams. What You’ll Do Deliver drafting tasks accurately and on schedule. Review drawings, details, and schedules to ensure quality and readiness for internal and external use. Collaborate with engineering to set up non-standard items in the parts/procurement system for review and approval. Provide clear and timely updates on drafting activities to management. Identify and recommend opportunities to improve drafting processes and workflows. Support production by answering technical questions during production hours (7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.). Requirements Associate’s degree or technical certification in drafting, design, or related field preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD (or similar CAD software). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
