JOB SUMMARY

We are supporting a CAD Drafter opportunity in Fort Wayne, IN area. This person will be responsible for taking customer drawings, convert to simple drawings using AutoCAD 2D, then create plans to manufacture product and deliver to the customer. In this role, they will spend about 50% of their time using AutoCAD 2D creating detail drawings, while other 50% is coordination internally and with customers to assist with any problem solving and project delivery. On a day-to-day basis, this individual will be working on 5-6 projects at different stages of completion. They do use a propriety add-in within AutoCAD 2D which will be taught to each individual.
Must Have:
1.) 2D AutoCAD
2.) Strong communication skills
Logistics:
Onsite/ 5 days a week - Fort Wayne, IN
Compensation is up to $23 an hour
6 month contract to hire
Job Type: Temp-to-hire
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
