We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in SketchUp and ArchiCAD and the ability to create accurate, high-quality technical drawings and 3D models.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proficiency in SketchUp and ArchiCAD (required)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings
Proven ability to work efficiently while meeting deadlines
Dependable, professional, and committed to delivering on promises
Prior experience as a drafter in architecture, construction, or design (preferred)

Develop 2D and 3D drawings using SketchUp and ArchiCAD
Produce accurate construction documents, layouts, and details
Revise and update drawings as needed based on feedback or design changes
Maintain drawing standards, file organization, and documentation
