JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a motivated and talented Drafter to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial
role in supporting our drafting and engineering team by preparing detailed structural drawings using Revit.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for career progression and skill development in a fast-paced, non-
corporate setting.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-3 years of experience in drafting, specifically using Revit (experience with AutoCAD is not required).
  • Strong understanding of structural design principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed structural drawings and documentation using Revit.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and other team members to ensure accurate and efficient project

delivery.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of Revit standards and templates.
  • Review and engineering markups.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to clarify design requirements and address

any issues.

  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions.
