POSITION SUMMARY

The Drafting/Engineering Manager is both a leader and a maker. You will oversee our drafting team while rolling up your sleeves to help produce the technical drawings and fabrication details that turn concepts into buildable realities. This role is at the crossroads of design, engineering, and production, making it a vital link in how we bring bold ideas to life.
