BS Engineering or Associate Degree or two-year Diploma in Drafting Technology (Preferably Bachelor Degree in either Mechanical, Civil, or Architecture). High School/Vocational School Diploma in Engineering Drawing. Experience in Drafting works for either mechanical, civil works, structural or architectural. Experience in using Microstation or AutoCAD Software. Experience in mentoring or delivering of instructions. High level of computer and technology skills. Industrial Skills: Prepares and maintains training materials: lesson plans, in house quizzes, tests, trainees’ records, supplies, tools and training aids. Instructs trainees in basic/intermediate/advanced plant activities in a classroom with skills, techniques, methods, language and procedures. Managing trainees and maintain class discipline. Develops, conducts and evaluates written and performance tests and collects feedback. Responsibilities
The trainer is responsible for developing and maintaining training materials, including lesson plans and assessments. They will instruct trainees on plant activities and drafting techniques while maintaining classroom discipline and evaluating performance.
