• Produce accurate technical drawings, blueprints, and plans for buildings, machinery, and other products using CAD software or hand-drawing techniques.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and designers to understand project requirements and translate concepts into precise technical documents.
• Verify that all drawings and plans meet specifications, codes, and industry standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and legal requirements.
• Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to drawings, ensuring designs are efficient and feasible for construction or manufacturing.
• Organize, file, and manage all project documents, plans, and reports for easy retrieval and reference.
• Compile project reports that document design details and specifications for project stakeholders.
• Using specialized computer-aided design software to create detailed 2D and 3D models.
• Ability to identify design challenges and develop effective technical solutions.
• Effective collaboration and communication with design teams, engineers, and other departments.
• Strong ability to interpret technical information and visualize designs in three dimensions.
