REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in drafting for the construction industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and industry standards.
• Experience supporting estimation and commercial teams is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing accurate technical drawings and documentation for construction projects. This is a key position within our commercial team, requiring both technical expertise and a strong understanding of construction processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare detailed architectural, structural, and MEP drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Create and update shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings.
• Collaborate with estimation and commercial teams for quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and tender submissions.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.
• Assist in compiling tender packages, technical submissions, and documentation.
• Support in the preparation of variation orders, claims, and final accounts.
• Coordinate with site teams to incorporate design changes, and update drawings accordingly.
• Maintain proper drawing logs, revision history, and submission records.
