JOB DESCRIPTION:

A Draftsman cum Estimation Engineer is responsible for creating technical drawings and also estimating the cost of projects based on those drawings. This role combines the skills of a draftsman, who produces detailed plans using CAD software, with those of an estimator, who calculates material, labor, and equipment costs for all the projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Preparing detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD or other CAD software.
• Producing both rough sketches and final, detailed working drawings.
• Ensuring drawings are accurate, clear, and comply with relevant standards and regulations.
• Analyzing project requirements and specifications to determine material quantities, labor requirements, and equipment needs.
• Preparing detailed cost estimates and bill of quantities.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge required in civil and MEP Drawings.
• Minimum 2 years of experience required.
• Must be based in Dubai/UAE.
