JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a talented Draftsman cum project Coordinator with proven experience in interior design and fit-out to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling high-end interior projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and 3D models as per project requirements.
  • Review and update drawings based on site conditions, consultant/client feedback, and project changes.
  • Ensure all technical drawings comply with project specifications, codes, and standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist the Project Manager in monitoring project schedules, progress, and deadlines.
  • Communicate and follow up with site teams regarding drawing clarifications and work instructions.
  • Maintain proper records of drawings, approvals, correspondence, and project-related documents.
  • Prepare progress reports, material submittals, and technical documentation when required.
  • Track and update changes (as-built drawings) to reflect site execution.
  • Conduct site visits to verify dimensions, ensure drawing accuracy, and resolve technical issues.
  • Support the site team by providing detailed drawings and sketches for execution.
  • Ensure accuracy, precision, and quality in all drawings and project coordination tasks.
  • Follow company standards, project specifications, and health & safety guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS:

2–3 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, 3D rendering software, and AutoCAD.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and creative design ability.
