Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update as-built drawings, operations manual drawings, and refurbishment/modification drawings for offshore jack-up drilling rigs.
• Develop detailed 2D drawings and layouts from engineering sketches, specifications, and field data.
• Coordinate closely with the fabrication team, engineers, and offshore personnel to ensure all dimensional and technical data are accurately captured.
• Maintain and organize drawing records, ensuring revisions and document control procedures are followed.
• Provide drafting support during project execution, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
• Assist in preparing fabrication sketches and detailed component drawings as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Drafting/Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience (5+ yrs) as a draftsman within the marine industry.
• Preferred experience in jack-up drilling rigs.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software is mandatory.
• Knowledge of fabrication, structural steel, and mechanical layouts.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per mont
