REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction, building, project management, manufacturing.
• Competency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, 2D & 3D drawing.
• Organized, self-driven & team player with good interpersonal skill.
• Diploma/NTC 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related field.
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
  Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,200.00 per month

• Plan, Prepare, schedules works and revise drawings in a timely manner for tender and job order.
• Collaborate with team to propose design and materials based on budget and client requirement to obtain material dimension & specification from site & vendors.
• Coordinate instructions & monitor with sales team, production, and Clients for job order & design specification, acceptance of work, progress of work, problem solving, handover completed project.
• Liaise with consultants and vendor on compliance with regulations, practices and changes.
• Attend to customer enquiry and conduct survey site condition, cost and method requirement of installation, delivery, and set-up if necessary.
• Conduct quality control to ensure finished products are constructed according to job order and drawing.
• Plan & implement effective, efficient production and safe practices, be organized and responsible in safe keeping of all files & drawings
• Provide support to production, procurement and logistics team members.
• Any other related task & ad-hoc duties as assigned
