JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled Draftsman with 2–3 years of experience in interior, architectural, and MEP drawings to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in producing high-quality technical drawings, plans, and documentation to support design and construction projects in the UAE.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant drafting experience in UAE projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office. Knowledge of SketchUp or 3D modeling is a plus.
  • Understanding of MEP systems, architectural detailing, and interior design concepts.
  • Knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed interior, architectural, and MEP drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant software.
  • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and engineers to produce accurate drawings according to project requirements.
  • Ensure drawings comply with UAE building codes, regulations, and project standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings.
  • Revise drawings based on feedback from project managers, consultants, or clients.
  • Maintain organized records of drawings, specifications, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design feasibility and proper implementation.
  • Support the design team in resolving on-site technical issues related to drawings.
