We specialize in waterproofing systems, painting works, flooring solutions, landscaping, and construction of villas, townhouses, and commercial buildings. We are looking for a skilled Draftsman with Quantity Surveying (QS) experience to join our growing Paint & Waterproofing Division.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Draftsman, preferably with QS exposure.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of waterproofing, painting systems, or construction materials is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with site teams.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

• Prepare detailed shop drawings for waterproofing and painting works.
• Interpret project specifications, BOQs, and drawings.
• Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and proforma invoices.
• Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure drawings align with actual site requirements.
• Support technical submittals and documentation processes.
• Maintain records of drawings, revisions, and related QS documentation.
