We are looking for candidates to fill the following position:

PROFILE AND SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience
  • DEP or technical diploma in building mechanics/building design;
  • Very good knowledge of Autocad. Knowledge of REVIT, CADMEP (Manufacturing), SYSQUE and BIM/Autodesk (an asset);
  • Possession of a vehicle with a driving licence;
  • Experience in manufacturing various piping systems;
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Knowledge of plumbing/piping (an asset);
  • Bilingual (French and English) (an asset);
  • ASP card (an asset).
Responsibilities
  • Interpreting and understanding plans, diagrams and specifications;
  • Carry out installation plans and coordination;
  • Carry out the manufacturing of the various components;
  • Comply with current codes and company standards;
  • If necessary, carry out site surveys;
  • Preparing, checking and controlling the quality of all plans (drawings, specifications, installation details and manufacturing drawings).
  • Ensuring that the installation teams have all the necessary details and all the information, drawings and manufacturers’ instructions required to ensure proper installation;
  • Create detailed equipment lists from engineering sketches (equipment, areas, linear feet, etc.) for procurement and production;
  • Review contract documents; Prepare a complete scope of work prior to executing technical project tasks;
  • All other related tasks.
