We believe that human progress is invaluable, but it should be done in the right way – responsibly, sustainably and having a positive impact on the communities we operate in. * Associate degree or higher in Drafting/CAD Technology, Engineering Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) * 3+ years drafting experience in construction, utility, or industrial projects (data center/civil preferred) * Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D (required);general AutoCAD experience essential * Experience interpreting and integrating ArcGIS datasets and other data formats * Self-driven individual, with attention to detail and ability to execute high-quality work with limited direction. * On site or Regular field visits arerequired. Relocation options available. * Produce detailed utility design drawings using AutoCAD & Civil 3D. * Own andmaintainsite Utility Record drawings. * Interpret and integrate various data formats, including ArcGIS datasets, into design workflows * Prepare, revise, andfinalizetechnical drawings for internal and external use. * Support engineering teams and project/construction managers on operation and expansion initiatives. * Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards and applicable codes * Maintain organized documentation and version control for all design files At IREN, we offer a highly competitive compensation package that includes base salary, annual performance incentives, and opportunities to build long-term wealth through equity programs.
