We’re on the lookout for a Draftsperson who’s passionate about design, excited to tackle challenges, and eager to make an impact alongside a talented team of engineers and designers.

What You’ll Do

• Work hand-in-hand with engineers, designers, and other pros to bring ideas to life through 2D CAD drawings (Autodesk series).
• Create and revise plans, surveys, grading, elevations, sections, layouts, wiring diagrams, and permit drawings.
• Keep everything on point with sharp attention to detail, ensuring deliverables meet both engineering standards and client requirements.
• Use critical thinking to solve problems and develop smart, creative solutions.
• Deliver complete, professional drawing packages for designers/engineers.
• Pick up new software and tools quickly.
• Take part in field site visits.

What You Bring

• Degree or Diploma in CAD Technology (or equivalent certification).
• 3+ years’ experience in construction, as-built projects, or related industries (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, utilities, or telecom).
• Strong AutoCAD or Revit skills.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computing.
• Familiarity with safety design codes including BCBC.
• A team-first mindset, great communication skills, and a passion for learning.

Pay: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
