WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

· Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field
· 5+ years drafting experience in mechanical/structural design; experience with lifts or cranes an asset
· Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and SolidWorks or Fusion 360
· Experience creating detailed fabrication drawings from 3D models
· Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
· Detail-oriented, accurate, and committed to producing high-quality work

We’re growing our business, and we’re looking for a skilled Draftsperson to join our team. If you’re passionate about taking 3D models and turning them into fabrication and assembly drawings, we’d love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Create detailed 2D and 3D fabrication and assembly drawings
· Work directly with 3D files in SolidWorks or Fusion 360, turning concepts into manufacturing-ready documentation
· Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to translate ideas into buildable designs
· Ensure drawings comply with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
