What You’ll Be Doing Inspect, diagnose, and perform drain cleaning services on residential and commercial properties. Utilize Service Titan software to manage work orders, customer information, and financial transactions. Sell additional services to customers by identifying potential plumbing issues and suggesting appropriate solutions. Collect payments from customers upon completion of services. Maintain a comprehensive inventory of parts and tools necessary for drain cleaning and minor plumbing repairs. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with clients. Required Tools and Equipment Used on the Job: Drain cleaning machines and augers. Inspection cameras and leak detection equipment. Standard plumbing tools (wrenches, pliers, pipe cutters, etc.). Service Titan mobile application and related hardware. Requirements What We’re Looking For Minimum two-years’ experience as a Drain Service Technician or similar role. Knowledgeable in the use of Service Titan software. Strong sales skills with the ability to identify and close additional service opportunities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage financial transactions and collect payments. A valid driver’s license that meet company policy requirements.
