In addition to a competitive wage there are excellent benefits including: 100% paid insurance premiums on medical, dental, and vision for the employee Employee family medical plans available 401k & Roth 401k plans with up to a 4% company match 100% paid long-term disability insurance Paid life insurance plan 1 floating holiday 6 paid holidays Sick pay Vacation pay Paid weekly Primary Responsibilities Include: Inspect, diagnose and clear drain blockages using cable machines, hydro-jetters, & other equipment Perform routine maintenance and preventive measures to keep drainage systems clear and functioning Perform sewer camera inspections to identify issues such as breaks, roots, or bellies Respond to emergency drain calls, including blockages, backups, and flooding, providing immediate service and troubleshooting Ensure all work is done in compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards Repair or replace drain and sewer lines as needed (minor repairs or assisting with larger excavations) Consistently meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, or monthly revenue goals Operate and maintain drain cleaning equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition Follow safety protocols when handling and operating equipment to prevent accidents or injuries Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Fulfill on-call duties according to the department schedule Safely operate and maintain assigned company vehicles, machinery, tools, and equipment Requirements Drain cleaning experience (3+ years) Jetting experience a plus Valid plumbing apprenticeship (may obtain upon hire) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Good character and ability to work with a team and our customers Professional appearance and demeanor Neat, clean and organized Great work ethic
