What must be accomplished: Troubleshoot and diagnose- “What is the problem?” Clear the drain utilizing a snake machine/drain jetter. General drain clearing and repairing. Communicate and educate the customer about the issue. How success will be measured: Complete 3-4 calls a day. Meet the company’s daily revenue target. Overall performance.
