Description South West Plumbing is seeking Drain Technicians to join our growing team! At South West we value our employees and invest in their growth. In this role, you will be closely working with Field Supervisors on different calls, and will be in charge of diagnosing and clearing issues with drainage systems using the proper tools. Competitive compensation: $25.00 per hour + 2% commission on jobs sold and completed ($100,000-$170,000 per year) Weekly pay: Every Friday. Schedule: Monday-Friday, start time: 8:00am Start earning PTO immediately. Duties and Responsibilities: Diagnose drain issues using inspection tools Clean drains using proper protocols and safety practices Safely use equipment like electric snakes and high-velocity water jets for inspecting Communicate with assigned Field Supervisor and arranges arrival time with customer Utilize strong customer service skills to communicate and maintain relationships with customers. Build value throughout the customer experience to successfully pass the call to the Field Supervisor Collect payment from customers Maintain drain machines in working order Attend service meetings Maintain truck inventory, cleanliness, and organization Practice safe driving habits Requirements Plumbing or drains experience preferred. Manual labor work experience required (construction, trades, heavy machinery...) Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to work in outdoors environments. Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record. Occasionally be required to lift up to 50 lbs. and will seldom be required to lift up to 100 lbs South West Plumbing is an equal opportunity employer.
