Zoom Drain Phoenix is hiring experienced drain technicians only. This is not an apprentice role. If you have not run jetters, cameras, and drain machines on your own, this is not a fit. This Role Is For You If You • Have 1+ years full-time drain or service plumbing experience • Have personally operated hydro-jetters, cable machines, and camera inspection systems • Are comfortable diagnosing jobs without supervision • Want a performance-driven role with real earning power This Role Is NOT For You If You • Are brand new to plumbing • Need to be trained on basic drain equipment • Are looking for a helper or apprenticeship position • Are uncomfortable selling work or collecting payment onsite What You’ll Do • Run residential and commercial drain calls start to finish • Diagnose blockages, breaks, roots, grease, scale, and offsets • Operate jetters, cameras, locators, and sectional machines daily • Present findings and pricing directly to customers • Close jobs and collect payment onsite • Maintain your truck, tools, and job documentation Requirements • 1+ years drain or service plumbing experience (required, not preferred) • Proven experience with jetting and camera inspection • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawlspaces and rooftops Compensation & Benefits • $50,000–$80,000 OTE based on performance • Tools provided (you supply personal hand tools) • Paid holidays and PTO • Clear path: Tech → Lead Tech → Field Supervisor Why Zoom Drain Phoenix • No micromanagement • Strong brand, clean systems, no chaos • Leadership that actually backs the field • Team of pros who take pride in doing real work
