THE ROLE:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Drainage Engineer to join our team. This role requires someone who can work independently, confidently assess jobs, and provide accurate quotes to secure additional work. While sales are not required, the ability to explain necessary work clearly to customers and gain their trust is essential. You can earn a significant commission on additional work secured, potentially doubling your base salary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drainage Work (70%) – Unblocking drains, carrying out CIPP repairs, CCTV surveys, and general maintenance.
• Plumbing Work (20%) – Handling emergency plumbing tasks, water tank work, primary pipework, and general plumbing repairs.
• Civil & Groundwork (10%) – Excavation, pipe replacements, and reinstatement.
• Customer Interaction – Communicating professionally with customers, explaining issues and solutions clearly, and ensuring customer satisfaction on every job.
• Quoting & Securing Work – Providing accurate on-site quotes and securing additional work where needed (commission-based earnings available).
• Independence & Time Management – Managing your own workload effectively, handling an average of three jobs per day.
