SUPERVISOR JOB DESCRIPTION

Reports to: Manager of Field Operations
Contract: 45 hours per week
Responsible for: Supervision of Engineers & General Assistants (GAs)
Location: Field based, predominantly in the Midlands and North of England. There will be a requirement to attend our 3 offices and client sites on a regular basis

JOB SUMMARY

The Supervisor provides leadership to foster a safe work culture and ensure compliance with company and site safety regulations, policies and procedures. This role involves supervising, training, and coordinating site personnel, reporting relevant site activities, and managing work quality.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & CAPABILITIES

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the drainage and plumbing industry.
· Ability to solve operational issues and provide clear instructions to engineers via phone, video call, email, or on-site coaching and training.
· Knowledge of Drainage CCTV surveys and reports.
· Proficiency in MS Office and computer systems.
· Attention to detail.
· Prior supervisory experience is essential.

7. ADDITIONAL DUTIES

· Provide cover for the other Supervisors as needed.
· Accept out-of-hours calls and take immediate action if required.
· Assist other staff and carry out any reasonable tasks within your capabilities.
