We are seeking a detail-oriented CCTV Drainage Processor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing CCTV drainage survey footage, coding defects in line with industry standards, and producing accurate, professional survey reports for clients. This is a back-office role, ideal for someone with strong technical accuracy and attention to detail, but not requiring on-site drainage work.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Knowledge of CCTV drainage surveys and industry standards (MSCC5, OS19X)
  • Experience in drainage, utilities, or civil engineering reporting would be an advantage.
  • Strong IT skills, with the ability to use CCTV survey software packages.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in technical reporting.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with engineers and clients.
Responsibilities
  • Review CCTV survey footage received from field engineers.
  • Code pipe defects and features accurately in line with WRc MSCC5 standards.
  • Compile professional, compliant survey reports including images, condition grades, and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate drainage asset records, including pipe references, distances, and manhole information.
  • Ensure all reports are completed within agreed deadlines and meet client, insurer, and water authority requirements.
  • Liaise with engineers where additional footage or clarification is required.
  • Upload, store, and organise survey files within the company system for future reference.
  • Support colleagues with technical information and administrative tasks related to survey reporting.
