OVERVIEW

The Drainage Gang plays a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of drainage systems. This team is responsible for ensuring that all drainage works are carried out efficiently and to the highest standards. The ideal candidates will possess a blend of technical skills and practical experience, enabling them to contribute effectively to various projects. Your gang should consist of three people: plant op, pipe layer and top man.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a similar role or relevant field is essential.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools and power tools.
  • Basic maths skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with good attention to detail.
  • CSCS card
  • CIS registered

  • Utilise basic maths skills for measurements and calculations during installations.
  • Apply mechanical knowledge to understand the operation of equipment used in drainage work.
  • Assist in welding tasks when necessary for the assembly of drainage structures.
